ITC Hotels has opened the ITC Kohenur in Hyderabad, the group’s 12th hotel in its luxury hotel portfolio. Located in the heart of Hyderabad’s new business district, overlooking the picturesque Durgam Cheruvu Lake in Hitec City, the hotel offers 271 high technology enabled rooms, suites and service apartments, six culinary brands reflecting ITC’s tradition of culinary excellence, state-of-the-art meeting and convention spaces and the Kaya Kalp spa. A tech feature is the amalgamation of all services through the E-Butler iPad.
ITC’s signature brand of culinary excellence is reflected in the six distinct food and beverage destinations including Begum’s, showcasing influences from the royal kitchens of Hyderabad. ITC Kohenur will also house Yi Jing, featuring classic and creative Chinese cuisine. The group’s pan-Italian outlet, Ottimo complements the Skypoint Bar on the rooftop, offering a picturesque view of the Hyderabad skyline. The 24/7 Golconda Pavilion restaurant will showcase inventive international cuisine along with a large ‘Local Love’ repertoire featuring Telangana and Andhra favourites. Complementing the expansive glass frontage overlooking the gardens and the pool, the Peacock bar offers an extensive collection of fine beverages.
The hotel features nine versatile and state-of-the-art meeting spaces. This includes the pillarless Deccan State room, which can be divided into two separate halls, each with its own pre-function area. The hotel also boasts two sprawling outdoor venues, the Pearl Deck and the Golconda greens that are suitable for a range of theme events, corporate functions, celebrations and parties.
