Club Med is upgrading and modernising its offer to the meetings and events industry by enhancing the digital experience with a dedicated website and app. This is in addition to introducing brand new services, from small team building sessions to full corporate resort buyouts.
The Club Med resort app allows guests to access information about activities, dining and events as well as chat with other delegates on property and provides live updates on event happenings on Facebook and Instagram. The app has now been updated to include a designated meetings and events section which can be password protected and is an ideal communication tool for groups to keep in touch once on property.
The dedicated section includes meeting agendas, bios for speakers, the invitee list with chat functionality and even capabilities for real time polling enabling an interactive experience. Special offers for meetings and events are five per cent discount on the best available rates for incentive groups or meeting attendees of more than 20 persons plus one complimentary guest or one suite upgrade or double the discount for 10 per cent off the best available rate. In addition, a complimentary one hour cocktail reception and complimentary use of state-of-the-art meeting spaces with standard audio-visual equipment included – nearly US$1,500 worth of concessional value.
