JK White Cement chose the bustling business city of Shanghai in China – a city that embodies rapid construction growth – to host its first Platinum Dealers Meet for top achievers. The venue for the event for 150 channel partners from across India was the Shangri-la Hotel in Pudong.
The theme of the event was ‘Enter the Dragon’ and it was executed by event managers, E3 Integrated, who delivered something of an extravaganza for JK White Cement.
The fire-breathing legendary creature that is frequently featured in myths of China was chosen as it suitably portrayed the fierce passion of the channel partners to contribute towards the company’s success story.
The programme, aimed at building greater motivation and rewarding the achievers, was designed as an experiential trip and the theme was an integral part of their three-day journey. On arrival, grand placards greeted them at the airport. The branded key jackets and water bottles were gifted to each delegate as each moment was imbued with the spirit of the Orient. The guests were awestruck as they witnessed the beauty of the Jade Buddha temple and enjoyed the mesmerising and spectacular Shanghai River Cruise. The attendees were also enchanted while witnessing the magnificence of the Shanghai Circus.
The highlight of the programme was the gala night where the guests were treated to a plethora of vibrant and inspiring entertainment and a lavish dinner. The celebrations began with an inspiring address by Niranjan Mishra – president marketing of JK White Cement. The vote of thanks was presented by Mohan Sharma, assistant vice president marketing, JK White Cement. This was followed by a variety of entertaining acts such as the Dragon in its spellbinding dance form and the thrilling Shaolin act, depicting martial arts. Nitin Arora, the master of ceremonies, was the perfect host for the evening. Besides entertainment, the top performing dealers were awarded for their outstanding performance.
